Our Services

We believe the only way to ensure the quality that we strive for is to do it ourselves. That’s why the majority of our work stays in-house. From our in-house detailers to our erection crews, and every step in between, we are able to keep up with the fast-paced changes of any jobsite issues that might arise.

We can fabricate and erect any job, any complexity. Heavy-duty structural supports with vertical/horizontal bracing, steel pan stairs, or any amount of safety guardrail, it simply doesn’t matter.

With the ability to perform most of our work in-house, general contractors can eliminate some of the manpower needed to coordinate job schedules, problems, or disputes between the fabricator & the erector. Our project managers are available to answer questions and assist in solving problems from the beginning of the project, all the way to the end. With Custom Welding preparing our own shop drawings, as well as fabricating & erecting the entire project “under one roof”, we can ensure all of our general contractors a quality, on-time project.

Detailing

Our full time, in-house detailers utilize state-of-the-art 3D modeling software (SDS/2) as well as Autocad. This enables us to find problems and solutions before the first piece of steel is even ordered.

Fabrication

Our 18,000+ square foot facility is equipped w/ (1) CNC Beamline, (1) CNC angleline, (2) Piranha ironworkers (50 Ton, 90 Ton), (2) 5 Ton overhead cranes, (2) CNC saws, more than (20) welding machines (stick, mig, tig, and stud), and staffed with qualified, trained workers. All of our welders are AWS certified.

Custom Fabrication

Whether it is 1 custom piece for your personal project or 100 tons of custom rolled steel for your multi-million dollar high rise, we can build it. We pride ourselves on being able to fabricate the difficult stuff everybody else steps away from.

Erection

Our (4) fully stocked field service trucks can be loaded with ironworkers and sent to any jobsite in the southeast at a moments notice. The ability to do this, allows us to meet even the tightest time crunch when it comes to erecting our steel. And since our erectors are OUR erectors, they have just as much interest in doing a fast and accurate job as we do, without worrying our customers with expensive and time-wasting back charges.

Project Management

Our management staff works closely together to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. From estimating to billing, engineering to drafting, fabrication to erection; each job will have multiple points of contact so your job doesn’t shut down if you can’t find your project manager.
